Join the Sharks!

Signing up is easy, and we even offer a two-week trial (ending before the first meet) for new swimmers to decide if swim or dive team is right for them.

Summer swimming is unique for several reasons:

  • One family – one team.  Siblings can support & cheer each other on the same team!
  • Team includes kids ranging from Kindergarten to recent High School graduates.
  • Interactions and friendships with kids of different ages through a buddy system.
  • Everyone swims! No swim team experience required.
  • Great recreational exercise.
  • Fun team social activities throughout the summer.
  • Best Time pins reward swimmers’ improvement regardless of placement.
  • Experienced, paid coaching staff.
  • One more reason to hang out at the pool!

Fee Information

Team costs include the team registration fee (see below) & a booster fee of $25 per family to cover social events planned for the summer.

The team fees are the same for either the swim or dive team; however, if your child chooses to do both teams you don’t double the registration fee, an additional $40 is added for the second team.

Free Trial Information

First-time swimmers or divers can try the waters at the beginning of the season with no risk (complete the registration procedure, indicate you want the trial, & we will ask you for your fees after the trial period is over).  Details on the trial period for this summer’s swim team will be added when we set the pre-season practice schedule.

Registration Checklist

  1. Pay your Seminole Pool & Tennis Association membership dues for the current year.
  2. Fill out a registration form.
  3. Sign a waiver form
    1. All-City Waiver Form (minor team member)
    2. All-City Waiver Form (team member 18 or older)
  4. Pay your swim and dive team fees
    1. Team fees from table above. (payable to Seminole Pool & Tennis Association)
    2. Booster fee of $25 per family to cover social events, etc. (payable to Seminole Swim & Dive Booster Club)
    3. If swimming, a $100 volunteer check per family (payable to Seminole Swim & Dive Booster Club).  This check is held until you complete your required three (3) volunteer shifts at home swim meets.
